Delivery is available within Australia only. We aim to dispatch all orders, from regional NSW, within 2 business days.

VIP Express Shipping (Picked & dispatched with priority)	1–5 days	$25

*This is an estimate only and may be subject to delays. Allow longer for rural locations or during peak periods such as Christmas or Public Holidays. In the unlikely event there is an inventory shortage or issue with your order, we will contact you via phone or email.

Authority to Leave

All orders placed online will be sent with ‘Authority to Leave’ selected. If you wish to sign for your order, please make a note on your order. If your parcel cannot be left in a safe place (at driver’s discretion), it will be taken to a collection point for pickup or re-delivery will be arranged.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available from our warehouse at 14B Banksia Drive, Byron Bay NSW, Monday to Thursday, 9am – 4.30pm. We aim to have your order ready for collection within 2 business days from the date you place your order.

As soon as your order is ready, we will notify you via email. Please collect your order within 7 business days. If your order is not collected within this timeframe, Brookfarm reserves the right to refund your order and reallocate the stock.

Please bring your order confirmation when collecting your order.

Standard Shipping

Please allow 2–8 business days for delivery based on location. Delivery time may vary depending on the service selected and potential courier delays.

Express Shipping

Express orders are prioritized. NSW deliveries may arrive within 1–2 business days from dispatch. Other Australian states may take up to 5 business days. Expect longer times during peak periods like Christmas or public holidays.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within Australia. For international orders, please contact info@brookfarm.com.au for a shipping quote.
