This Refunds, Returns & Cancellations Policy (“Policy”) explains how RAPS Global Group (trading as TinyGreensy)(“TinyGreensy”, “we”, “us”, “our”) handles refunds, returns, replacements and order cancellations for purchases made through the TinyGreensy website (the “Site”). This Policy should be read together with our Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale and Privacy Policy.

Perishable products

Many of our products (such as fresh microgreens) are highly perishable and have a limited shelf life. Because of this, we do not generally accept returns simply because you change your mind.

When you may be entitled to a refund or replacement

You may be entitled to a refund or replacement where:

  1. The Product is damagedl on arriva;
  2. The Product is spoiled or not fit for consumption at the time of delivery;
  3. The Product is incorrect;
  4. The Product is not as described.

We may, at our discretion and subject to law, offer:

  1. a replacement Product;
  2. a partial refund;
  3. a full refund;
  4. a store credit or coupon.

depending on the nature of the issue, Product type and availability.

How to report an issue

If there is a problem with your order,Please contact us at support@tinygreensy.com with:

  1. your full name;
  2. your order number;
  3. details of the problem; and
  4. clear photos and/or videos of the Product and its packaging (if applicable).

For perishable Products, you must contact us:

  1. on the same day of delivery or
  2. as soon as reasonably possible after delivery,

so that we can assess the problem while the Product is still in a condition that can be inspected..

  1. you change your mind or no longer want the Product;
  2. the Product has been stored incorrectly (e.g., not refrigerated when required);
  3. the Product has been used, consumed or discarded, making it impossible for us to assess the issue;
  4. the Product has expired due to late reporting of the issue;
  5. the Product is lost or damaged after successful delivery (e.g., theft from doorstep, damage by pets); or
  6. the issue arises from something outside our reasonable control after delivery (e.g., power outage at your premises affecting refrigeration).

Because our Products are mostly perishable, we do not always require you to return the Product physically.

If a return is required (for example, for non-perishable items like kits or accessories):

  1. we will let you know the return address and method;
  2. Products must be returned in their original or similar protective packaging; and
  3. you must take reasonable care to prevent damage in transit

We may request the tracking number or proof of dispatch for returns.

6.1 One-time orders

If you wish to cancel a one-time order:

  1. please contact us immediately at support@tinygreensy.com;
  2. if we have not yet started processing or preparing your order, we may be able to cancel it and issue a refund;
  3. if the order is already prepared or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible

6.2 Subscriptions

If you have a Subscription:

  1. • you may cancel or pause it via your account (if available) or by emailing support@tinygreensy.com;
  2. • to avoid being charged for the next delivery cycle, you must cancel before the published cut-off time (e.g., 48 hours before the next scheduled delivery, or as specified on the Site or in your subscription confirmation)

If you cancel after the cut-off time, the upcoming delivery may still be processed and charged.

We may cancel an order or Subscription (or part of it) where:.

  1. a Product is unavailable or out of stock;
  2. there is a pricing or description error;
  3. we are unable to deliver to your address or area;
  4. we are unable to process payment successfully; or
  5. we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or misuse of our Site or services.

If we cancel your order or Subscription (or any part of it) and you have already been charged, we will issue a refund for the affected items or cycles..

If a refund is approved:

  1. we will generally process it using the same payment method you used for the original transaction (where possible);
  2. depending on your bank, card issuer, wallet or UPI provider, it may take some time for the refund to reflect in your account.

We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank, card issuer or payment provider.

Our Products and services are provided in accordance with applicable Indian consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, to the extent applicable.

Nothing in this Policy is intended to limit or exclude any rights or remedies that you may have under those laws and which cannot be limited or excluded by agreement.
