- 1 cup broccoli microgreens
- ½ cup shredded carrots
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Lettuce or rice paper for wraps
Instructions
- Lightly stir-fry carrots and bell peppers in sesame oil.
- Remove from heat and toss in microgreens + soy sauce.
- Fill into lettuce cups or rice paper wraps. Serve with dipping sauce.
