Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • Chopped vegetables (peas, carrot, onion)
  • ¼ cup radish microgreens
  • Soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic

Instructions

  1. Sauté garlic and veggies. Add rice and soy sauce.
  2. Stir well, turn off heat, fold in microgreens.
  3. Serve hot with chili flakes or a fried egg.
